
Sarah Glenn is a certified YogaFit instructor who loves that yoga is for any-body. She loves helping others find joy and peace in body and mind. Sarah has taught taught yoga since 2014 and now teaches gym-based classes. She especially enjoys leading stability and strength-based classes for active seniors, in addition to teaching several flow classes each week. Sarah holds certifications in prenatal, postnatal, seniors, and vinyasa flow yoga and is excited to share the beauty of yoga with each client.
